It's March 3 in the northwest corner of Montana, and the agility equipment once used by SunDogs Agility Club in Yakima sits ice-bound in the Mannings' pasture. Our neighbors are curious about this brightly colored equipment. They've asked, "Is that horse training equipment or what?"They'll find out in just a few more weeks!
